[Hello everyone! Just wanted to update some rules. Over all, not many changes have been made-- mostly cleaning up submission standards. Regardless, they are worth checking out at the end of this small post.]

As we are constantly growing, more and more artworks are submitted each day. Because of this amount, I felt it necessary to limit the amount of submissions for regular members to one picture per week. Wouldn’t want to crowd people’s inboxes; I mean, who here watches more than 30 people or groups? *raises hand*
To help with the amount of submissions, spots for new contributors are now open! I am generally looking for people who:
- are already a member,
- have been a Deviant for more than a month,
- like crossovers,
- and preferably someone who does not already have a post at more than two groups.
New rules:
Generally, we accept work that is crossover related.
Folders:
Character Crossover: Character A from Series X meets Character B from Series Y.
Amalgam Crossover: Character A from Series X is wearing clothes of or similar to Character B from Series Y.
Romance: Character A from Series X is paired with Character B from Series Y.
Crossover Fights: Character A from Series X fights against Character B from Series Y.
Humor: Comics, 4komas, one-liners.
Villain: Villain A from Series X meets Villain B from Series Y.
Kingdom Hearts and Super Smash Bros: A folder dedicated to these canon crossovers.
Fanfiction: Only written stories are submitted here.
To be sure, folders do tend to overlap sometimes. In this case, submit to the one you feel is best. If we believe it belongs in another folder we will notify you.
Failure to adhere to folder rules results in rejection.
What we do not take:
Gore or Sexual content: Submit with mature filter. Excessive gore or sexual content may be denied.
Cosplay.
Shared Universe crossovers. For example, Spider Man vs Hulk does not go here.
Demotivationals.
Incomplete works (sketches, sketch dumps, in-progress, art on graph paper, etc.). Line art is acceptable as long as it is detailed, but we are generally looking for color or grayscale pieces.
Poorly scanned or photographed works.
Photoshop'd official art.
Screen Shots or screen shots with dialog. This includes submissions for the KH/SSB folder.
Traced art. If any submission appears excessively traced, it will be rejected.
